REALLY amazing experience as an over the phone/online customer from out of state. I ordered a bangle listed on their site over the phone from LaDan and received my piece within just a few days! I did have a small issue with the security of the clasp - no fault of theirs. After letting LaDan know about my concerns, she suggested I send it back to adjust the clasp and add an additional security clasp. I am so happy with their adjustments and the great customer service and communication I was met with throughout my purchase process. I highly recommend Javeri Jewelers. Thanks again LaDan.

For our 50th Anniversary we wanted to surprise each other with something special. Javeri Jewelers was the natural choice. Stuart worked with Amna to design and create a one-of-a-kind necklace with a solitary heart-shaped diamond and fifty small complimentary diamonds. Lauren worked with LaDan to create a unique pinky ring that features an antique family heirloom coin. And Jamie worked his master craftsmanship to perfectly create both pieces. Javeri Jewelers is my go-to for all my jewelry needs, whether purchasing a gorgeous piece, having repairs done, or getting my jewelry cleaned. Amna, LaDan, and Alma are kind, friendly, and wonderful to work with. Every time I walk in, I am greeted warmly and offered a drink and snack. Jamie is meticulous, and his work never disappoints. Most wonderful people I've ever met..Just brought my watch with broken band and Christine fixed it with no time and even clean it up..look like a brand new watch when she gave it back..she explained before and after what's done...while waiting everyone there all so friendly and kind. A beautiful owner after she heard how Christine fixed my watch she didn't even charge me at all with all her time and work. Will absolutely come back for other business there...
