Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
All purchases are shipped via FedEx with insurance and signature confirmation. Shipments go out on Tuesdays through Saturdays. Packages take 1-2 business days from order placement to delivery. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
All purchases over $500 are shipped via FedEx 2nd Day service at no charge. Expedited overnight shipping is available for a $40 fee. We are not responsible for slower than anticipated delivery times due to holidays, weather, or delivery service delays. Please call to clarify delivery times, or to rush an item.
Returns & Exchanges
Items are available for a refund, exchange, or store credit for up to 14 days. December holiday gifts are available for return or exchange until January 15th.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original documentation.All items must be unaltered. Please include proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will call to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (469) 333-9200
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own non-refundable shipping costs for returns. If you are shipping an item, we highly suggest a trackable shipping service AND shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a signature confirmation.
