Our showroom is at 4851 Legacy Drive, Suite 305, Frisco, Texas 75034. Every piece is inspected and packaged by hand before it leaves us.
Processing time
Orders for in-stock pieces are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Pieces that require sizing, engraving or final finishing take 10 business days before shipping. Special-order and made-to-order items carry the lead time shown on their product page. We will let you know when your order ships.
Shipping within the United States
We ship within the United States only.

All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit and require an adult signature on delivery.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.
Loose diamonds and pieces built in the ring builder
Diamonds selected through our diamond search, and rings built in the ring builder, are sourced through our diamond partner and always ship from our store, never directly from the supplier. They may ship separately from other items in your order, with their own lead time.
If a package goes missing
If a package shows as delivered but has not arrived, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
In-store pickup
In-store pickup is available. Select in-store pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready. Please bring photo ID.
